Xperios isn’t tied to one subject. These are the modules music organisations use most, and what each does for them. Choose the ones you need; every one shares the same contacts, portals, finance and reports.

Tuition
Instrumental and vocal lessons

One-to-one, shared, group and whole-class lessons in schools, centres and homes, each with its teacher, timetable and rate. Teachers mark registers from the portal, and lessons invoice termly or in monthly instalments.
Resources
Instrument and sheet music hire

Every instrument recorded with where it is and who has it, hired to pupils and schools with the charge on the family's account, and queues for what is waiting to go out or come back.
Groups
Orchestras, bands and choirs

Membership for each academic year, parts and seating, rehearsals planned and registered, and fees charged through the same finance as lessons.
Exams
Graded exams

Exam sessions with an entry window, the boards and subjects you enter for, time slots, and entry fees on the same account as tuition.
Audition
Auditions for selective ensembles

Applicants choose a time slot, the panel records what it heard on a form you design, and successful applicants move into the ensemble in one step.
Events
Concerts, courses and trips

Summer courses, residential trips and workshops with dates, places and fees, booked and paid for through the portal.
