    Graded exams with external boards: sessions, boards and subjects, entries and the fees that follow.

  • Appraise

    Progress reporting: what a teacher assesses, the language they use, and the report a parent or learner reads.

  • Consultations

    Parents' evenings and one-to-one appointments: slots, bookings and who is expected.

Prices

One price for your band.

Find your band by the number of pupils you have. Paying annually is cheaper: paying monthly costs 10% more over the year. Prices are plus VAT.

Free for your first term

Try Xperios free. Nothing to pay until your term ends.

Use Xperios free for up to 4 months from when you start, with nothing to pay until it ends. Then you pay monthly or annually, by card, through our payment partner Paddle. Cancel before the end of your term and you pay nothing.

Questions

How the bands work.

What counts as a pupil?
Each different pupil with lessons, a place in an ensemble or group, an event place or an exam entry counts once, however many instruments or activities they have.
Parents, staff, teachers, waiting-list places and instrument hire on its own don't count.
What happens when we grow?
Xperios checks your number of pupils each month. If you are more than 10% over your band for 2 months running, we give you 30 days’ notice and you move up a band on your next billing date; you can move up yourself sooner, with one click. If you pay annually, you pay the difference for the rest of your year. Nothing ever stops working or gets locked.
Can we move down a band?
Yes, at your yearly review, which looks at your busiest month of the year.
How do we pay?
After your free term, by card, monthly or annually, through our payment partner Paddle. Paying annually is cheaper. A monthly plan can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
