Software for dance, drama and performing arts schools

Classes, companies, shows and exams: a performing arts school runs on the same things as a music service, and Xperios handles them the same way. Weekly classes and private lessons, troupes and youth companies, auditions, shows and summer schools, with families booking and paying online.

How it fits

The modules, in your terms.

Xperios isn’t tied to one subject. These are the modules performing arts organisations use most, and what each does for them. Choose the ones you need; every one shares the same contacts, portals, finance and reports.

  • Tuition

    Classes and private lessons

Weekly classes in a studio or hall, small groups and one-to-one coaching, each with its teacher, timetable and rate. Families apply through the portal, teachers mark registers, and fees invoice termly or monthly.

  • Groups

    Companies, troupes and casts

A performance company, a competition troupe or a youth theatre is a group: membership for each year, a waiting list, a capacity, rehearsals planned and registered, and fees charged through the same finance.

  • Audition

    Auditions and casting

Applicants book a time slot through the portal, the panel records what it saw on a form you design, and the people you choose move into the company in one step.

  • Events

    Shows, workshops and summer schools

A show week, a holiday workshop or a summer school carries its dates, venue, places and fee. Families book and pay online, and a deposit can hold a place.

  • Exams

    Graded exams

Enter pupils for graded exams with the boards you use: sessions with an entry window, time slots, and entry fees on the same account as class fees.

  • Resources

    Costumes and equipment

Costumes, props and equipment you lend or hire out are recorded with who has them, and any hire charge goes on the family's account.

  • Appraise

    Progress reports

Teachers assess against the disciplines and levels you define, so every report a parent reads uses the same language.
